We're back, Jack!

I can't think of a good reason why I haven't posted in a while. It could be because Texas has sucked every positive attribute out of me, giving me nothing to write about aside from the long string of complaints I have about this particular state. It could be sheer exhaustion from having a couple hyperactive poop machines. Or I'm just lazy. One or all of those is probably right.

So, now that I'm back to something resembling normal, without further ado, I present the Lehmann brothers...the other ones...not those ones either. The OTHER other ones.

This is Jackson. He's going to be three in July. He enjoys being dirty everywhere but his hands, which he washes on his own now. He also enjoys long runs in the grocery store with one or both parents chasing him and screaming contests with his little brother.

This is Bennett or Neh-Net as his older brother calls him. He's one and loves the ladies! Especially checkout girls and waitresses. Recently he's gotten a lot more precocious in that he now abuses his brother as much as Jackson dishes it out. Maybe more so.

Here we see the Bennett in his natural habitat. Crouching in wait of his prey.

The Bennett is a master in the art of camouflage and patience.

With his prey in reach, the Bennett springs into action, attacking the much larger Jackson. The poor creature never saw it coming.

Enraged, the Jackson defends itself against the smaller, quicker opponent...
And is immediately punished. With the Jackson detained by authorities, the Bennett retrieves the real prize: the Buzz Lightyear action figure. Well played, sir.

In the aftermath, all is forgiven as the pair "share" a yogurt.

I'll try to get back to posting every so often. If I have any more excuses as to why I  step away it definitely won't be for lack of material. Every day's an adventure lately.
